In honor of Women’s History Month, we asked BH’ers to nominate women who exemplify the BH values and go above and beyond to provide The Mint Experience. We received a whopping 68 nominations! Although it was hard to narrow the list to just five, we will be featuring these wildly awesome women all month. Today, we celebrate Madison “Maddie” Bartell, Leasing Consultant at Cadence Apartments in Johnston, Iowa.
According to Maddie’s nomination, she has been a stellar team member since she joined BH. “She is that consistent ray of sunshine when anyone enters the Cadence leasing office. She is always willing to do whatever it takes to turn the impossible into already done. Along with continually striving to achieve success at Cadence, Maddie has persevered through personal challenges this year and continues to show up each day ready to make MINT moments for her residents.”
Maddie was also recently awarded “Leasing Consultant of the Year” at the 2023 Greater Iowa Apartment Association (GIAA) Awards Ceremony.
