In honor of Women’s History Month, we asked BH’ers to nominate women who exemplify the BH values and go above and beyond to provide The Mint Experience. In our second year of this campaign, we received a whopping 105 nominations!
We selected four wildly awesome women to feature in March from the large pool of worthy nominees. Our third BH rock star is Ruth Wilkinson, Senior Property Operations Floating Manager.
Ruth is being recognized for her exceptional leadership and dedication to her team. As a manager, she always creates a positive and empowering environment in the workplace, ensuring that everyone feels valued and supported. She consistently advocates for her team’s success, ensuring their voices and needs are heard. Ruth’s reliability and commitment to her team’s success is unwavering. Not only is she one of the hardest-working members of the team, but her ability to lead with integrity and positivity has truly made a lasting impact on her staff. She inspires her team every day to strive for greatness while fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and respect.
Ruth is everything Mint. She leads with a gentle yet clear approach, setting expectations while always standing by her colleagues. Ruth and her administrators are always ready to assist, providing everything needed for success. She supports her team and promotes their talents, ensuring the company and the properties benefit from their hard work. Ruth’s tireless dedication is both unsurpassed and admirable.
Ruth said she believes that every BH value is equal in importance and encompasses everything BH stands for: Doing business the right way, creating communities for both our residents and employees, hearing every voice, and having the guts for greatness should be our goals each and every day.
