BH Vendor Enrollment and Management

You’re on your way to a beautiful relationship.

Before you can conduct business with BH, you’ll need to become an approved vendor by verifying the appropriate tax, insurance, and other documents. We’ll review your application and once approved, vendors can work with any BH community in the U.S. (additional requirements may apply in some states). Keep in mind that any work done prior to approval may result in delayed payment or nonpayment.

Let’s get you set up.

BH uses RealPage Vendor Credentialing to collect and track tax, insurance, and other required documents. Vendors must receive an ‘Approved’ recommendation prior to doing business with any of our properties. Do not send documents directly to BH staff.

Step 1: Set up your RealPage Vendor Credentialing account.

Click here to access the RealPage Vendor Credentialing system and follow the steps to set up your account.

You’ll be asked to pay an enrollment fee: $109 for on-site vendors (those who visit properties) and $89 for off-site vendors (those who will not visit properties).

Step 2: Submit company information

This checklist is your guide for completing vendor enrollment.

Step 3: Check your status

Once you’ve submitted your documentation, the RealPage Vendor Credentialing system will verify that all information is complete and accurate.

You can check the status of your enrollment in the RealPage Vendor Credentialing portal at: https://vendorcredentialing.realpage.com/WebApp/Login.aspx

Step 4: Set-up VendorCafé

VendorCafé is your go-to for tracking electronic invoices and payments. This free service gives you complete visibility into payment status and allows BH to process payments quicker. You’ll also be able to sign up in VendorCafé to receive EFT payments, allowing us to automatically send payments directly to your company’s bank account. It’s free to participate and helps us pay you faster.

You’ll receive your invitation to this system within 48 hours of being ‘Approved’ in RealPage Vendor Credentialing. Follow the instructions in the emailed invitation to activate your vendor profile.

Step 5: You did it

We’ll review the information in your VendorCafé account and will send a confirmation email to you once your account is fully approved and activated. And that’s it – it will be pleasure doing business with you.
