Just moved out and glad to be gone. Our unit had an ancient air conditioner that failed to keep the apartment cool even when running constantly. On top of that a failing water heater that cost me $100's in gas bills for which no compensation was offered. Add on very short if any notice before they decide to do maintenance activities, a difficult and hard to reach apartment manager, and domestic situations happening at neighboring units. Best to look elsewhere unless you want a similar experience.

My experience with working with the administration team at woodwinds was excellent. They were more than helpful and made the application and acceptance process enjoyable. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment give Woodwinds a call.

This is the worst experience I've ever had leasing an apartment. I should have known this from the start when I was not able to view my apartment until move-in day. There was not even a model apartment to show. I viewed a virtual tour of a remodeled apartment and of course my apartment was not remodeled. On move-in day the apartment was not clean. I let the apartment know on my move-in checklist and nothing was done not even a call to apologize. The worst part of my experience at the Woodwinds was a gnat infection from move-in day until time to move out. Apparently the last tenant that stayed above me left in the middle of the night and never came back. That tenant left food to rot in the refrigerator and then gnats/fruit flies developed and spread to my unit. I know this because maintenance shared pictures with me before they left the company. Management failed to take this seriously and so I had to suffer for nearly a year. I contacted the manager of the property and I even reached out to employees of BH Management but none seemed concerned to get this problem under control. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

We were all set up to get moved in and without warning or notice the took the apartment from under us and gave it to someone else Under the assumption we sign everything when not everything was sent to us. Now we can’t even get the leasing office to answer the phone about this issue. I’ve never seen such unprofessional attitude. Especially to people who were willing and ready to live at the apartments. The leasing office didn’t even attempt to help or give a working that everything wasn’t signed. If they would have just emailed me the entire amount of paperwork I could have gotten it all filled out and signed in 5 minutes. But instead they’re more worried about how they can get their money. Horrible management. Don’t apply to this complex under any notion that you’re going to get anything. They’ll snatch it from under you then ignore everything you try to tell them.

Paige at the leasing office was a great help in setting me up for my move in May 2021. She was professional and open about differences between the displayed unit online and the unit I was considering. Very transparent about total costs and fees as well. Will update this review when I move with any changes or new information.
