Staff is amazing. Michelle and the staff in the office always take good care of me and my apartment.
Just Moved In And I Absolutely Love It! Very Spacious Met My Standards The Entire Process was very Smooth Mrs.Teresa Was A Very Big Help To Me, Her Communication Skills Are Excellent ! With Great Customer Service I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place
Due to the issues stemming from the pandemic, I was laid off from my prior job. I was fortunate to find another, but an hour commute would follow. As stressful as my current situation is, I really needed assistance with my lease soon ending. I had the pleasure of speaking to Michelle today and she provided me with a plan that both gives me more time to find housing while being able to follow there 60 day notice. If it were up to me I wouldn't leave. After residing here for almost 5 years (and my first apartment) I had some regular tenant issues, but all were resolved with no reocurrences. Thank you guys for all that you do and being my first home away from home!!
Office staff is pretty nice and helpful. Neighborhood is relatively quite but that’s pretty much where the good things end. This place is run rampant with roaches. You can’t come home at night without huge puppy sized roaches in your path. I spent the first few months ridding my very old kitchen of them. I still see some from time to time but not as bad as in the beginning. I would get up at night to fix my baby bottle and kill maybe 5-6 at a time. Kitchen and bathrooms need major improvements. Walls are thin. They also lied about painting the building. Asked me to remove my patio furniture and decor so they could paint the building in April. It’s September and still no paint. My lease is almost up and I can’t wait to move. Choose better options if you have some. edit - they are now painting in october, it looks nice.
We'd love to show you around.
