Do not live here. If you ever want to contact management about anything, forget about it. They never answer phone calls, they never are in office. It is a joke. Do not waste your time or money.

I am suppose to move in on the 30th of this month (June), I have already docusigned the lease and I am already regretting it. I have movers scheduled for 8:30 that morning, I was trying to get the key one day earlier so the move/transition was as smooth as possible however no one answers the phone EVER, when I stop by during their business hours no one is there. I am extremely annoyed and frustrated. I have called and emailed several times over the course of two week this is ridiculous.... after reading the reviews make me sick to my stomach smh

Would give 0 stars if I could. Currently living here and since new management has taken over the quality of this place has plummeted. If you like setting up automatic payments as a renter who never misses payments and consistently making on time payments then being charged $170 late fees when THEIR system glitches, then this is the place for you. They raised our rent so we're paying more every month (plus the late fees for their system's error) and the pool has yet to be opened (middle of June) and the laundry room is "out of order." I call and they NEVER answer the phone, their office hours are from 9am-5:30pm week days only, so if you work like every other renter in this complex, getting back from your place of work in time to speak to someone face-to-face is impossible. Probably designed that way. This company actively is scamming money from hard working families during the worst inflation we've seen in 40 years. Don't rent from these slum lords.

Sterling Bluff felt like home from the moment we walked in the door to find out about the complex. Jessica and her team are the greatest and always available to help or answer questions! Mr. Mike and the maintenance guys are on top of any issues within 24hrs and you don’t have to stay behind them! It was the best choice for our family!

I've lived here for about 8 months and I've been very happy with my time here. The neighborhood is quiet, the people here are nice, and it's got a great location close to downtown and the Armstrong GSU campus. The apartment itself was nicely renovated, and staff were very helpful. The only downside is that the Carolina room seems to not be completely finished as the outlets do not provide power, and the jets in the bathtub spit out black gunk no matter what I do. Other than that I've enjoyed living here and will likely renew when the time comes. :)
