They do their best…I’ve been here since 2020 and I didn’t have any major issues except for waterbugs which was addressed promptly. However, I dislike that emergency maintenance requests are not treated as emergencies. Like I said, management does their best and I can appreciate that but telling a resident you don’t know when their A/C will be fixed especially during the months where temps reach well over 100 degrees is unacceptable. Unfortunately there are no laws that require landlords or apartments to provide A/C so if yours breaks you will just have to submit a request and hope it’ll be fixed quickly. I am moving this week but wanted to provide feedback anyway so that other residents may be forewarned that emergency maintenance requests are not treated as true emergencies. They take their time addressing them, but when they do address them they do their best and that’s okay with me. 3 stars though for the great customer service however their overall ability to respond to maintenance requests when submitted needs some major improvement

I lived here since May of this year. Had a bit of a bug problem but I'd like to think the issue has been taken care of as I haven't seen anymore in my particular unit. I mean I still see them outside but, that's where they belong...OUTSIDE LOL that being said I really feel like I've been taken care of here and while I probably won't renew due to a possible job transfer, if that falls through the only place I'd move to is a new unit ;)

The worst apartment complex I have ever lived at. Community Wi-Fi is absolutely horrible. I put in a request on 6-10-22. I go into the office today to see where the Status is and I’m told I will be contacted today… the staff does not care the pool has been closed for months. I was told 3 weeks ago that they would get an inspector out here to look at the pool LAST WEEK. so they can open it and they still haven’t!! I initially went out in the middle of April to tan, it was closed then.. I just want to be able to lay out in the sun. This pool has been closed all summer. What am i paying for? Save your money look at other places. Wish i did the same.
