PROS: the maintenance is amazing. They are so kind and get the work done by the end of the following day the work order is put in. Layla at the office is also so kind I love her!! That’s ALL this place has going for it. CONS: impossible to get a hold of someone at the office. Incredibly understaffed. The only time they are quick to reply is when they’re tryna rent out an apartment. It’s old gross and SO DIRTY. Our unit was no way move in ready and the crazy thing is no matter how much I try to clean the cupboards they’re nasty!! I’ve never lived in such a gross apartment. Additionally everything is always broken. The pool has been out of service for months now (apparently they ordered a pump but it still hasn’t come in) but imagine, no pool during the summer IN TEXAS. The printer is always broken and as of like 2 days ago their phone lines are down. Lastly, I feel incredibly unsafe in this apartment building. The gates are ALWAYS open so def not a gated or safe apartment complex. I’d steer clear of this place.
Pros: Gorgeous, high end looking, big kitchen, bedroom and patio. Cons: Office communication is terrible. It was great while they were trying to get me in a lease, now it is awful. It takes 3 emails to get replies. I wait 2 days before following up. Simple looking for something like "We have received your communication and are looking into the matter.". Very unprofessional. I have explained repeatedly that I do not expect instant repairs, just good communication. In a recent 3rd request for a repairs update email, I advised how unprofessional I thought the person I was working with was and when she did replied, she said she is not comfortable with my opinion and requested I work with someone else in the office. 1. As a customer, I get to express my opinion of her professional failings, 2. I had just requested in my most recent email for someone else to work with me. Again, physically the apartment is great, and the maintenance crew is great! The office's ability to communicate in a reasonably professional manner is non-existent in my experience since I signed my lease.
Moved in 4/11 and this in the first apartment I want to call home honestly. The staff is amazing❤️ I hate I don't remember their names but I've worked with two ladies I their names are Melissa and Layla and every time I've called they've been so friendly and helpful. I joined the pool party and they provided pool toys and cookies and drinks it was the best for my son. 10/10 reccommend
I have lived at this complex for 5+ years and have really enjoyed my time here. Management changed 2 years in and the new management has been great! The complex is quite and anytime I have any questions the office staff is more than helpful in getting answers. Service/maintenance request are submitted through and app, this can be done anytime, and are usually resolved in 24-48 hours. I look forward to calling Retreat home for many years to come.
TYLER IS AWESOME! Not just Tyler, the entire staff is welcoming and they are available to speak to you addressing any concerns. Customer Service today is not the same as it used to be. My experience with Tyler, was prompt, patient and efficient. I applied for the unit, viewed the unit and was amazed at the cleanliness, the property cleanliness and the quietness of the neighborhood. It’s rare you find good quality people and I found that in The retreat at Stonebridge Ranch. I was even greeted with not one smile but 2! Thank you Tyler for outstanding customer service! You Rock!
