The experience I have had so far has been great, apartment is great so far, the complex is nice and trash free, plus the have a pool!! Franchesca has been fantastic every step of the way!

I've lived in Renaissance St Andrews for 15 years. I Love having a wooded area to the back of my condo so I can sit on my deck and watch the wildlife. It is truly a beautiful complex. My unit is spacious and well laid out to accommodate my needs. The only issue I've ever experienced was a unit above me having a water leak but maintenance came by immediately even though after hours and were able to resolve things quickly.

Everyone is extremely friendly, very helpful. Apartments are very nice. Talk to Franchesca she’s the best.

I had had a tour with the lady named Franchesca. She was super sweet and super helpful. Very nice place!

It's a nice place and I currently live here. I have a nice view of the woods and it's pretty great to live here. The only problem is I can never get in contact with management since they never seem to be on property or answer the phone. I usually have to call 3-4 times a day to finally get someone to answer me.
