I had a great experience with touring and signing my lease. I highly recommend seeing Lauren. She was extremely communicative, addressed concerns in a timely manner, and went out of her way to help me when I hit a few bumps in the road down the line. Overall 10/10.
So me and my room mate moved in April 12 2022. The experience we’ve encountered from the moment we moved in up until this very moment is very trashy customer service. The apartment wasn’t ready for us to move in. We had old blinds that were torn and broken . Our pantry closet is missing it’s doors and we’ve not seen or heard from the maintenance team since they came in to fix 3 little items out of all the other repairs that needed fixing in the unit. The paint job is horrible this was a RUSH JOB!!! The list goes on. Needless to say we are a week and a few days into our lease and we are planning to move because there is no compensation giving to us for all the things we’ve experienced. Deborah has not reached out to neither of us in regards to the things that we listed on our move in sheet that needed fixing. Another thing is the neighbors above us have no consideration what so ever!! They children run, jump and play through out the entire day and night. We’ve said something to them (the neighbors) and we have also brought it to the rental office staff a few times and nothing has been settled. We even had to call the police and get them involved. The noise is unbearable and disturbs my dogs (Service Animals). We were offered to move to a different unit but they would not honor the rental lease payment we currently have for the new unit they instead want us to pay more money. We are not happy and we would like to take our hard earned money some place else where we would feel appreciated and at peace. This building is dirty and a party fest. I didn’t not imagine spending almost $2000 would cost me such an headache and uncomfortable in the place we are supposed to call home!!!! This is unacceptable and we need to speak to someone over top of Deborah since she couldn’t get the job done!
Toured & met with Armanie! She was the best, very detail orientated, she actually showed that she cared and had a smile on her face the whole time. Armanie was very attentive and made me feel welcomed. The reason for deciding to make Misty Ridge my home was because of her, her friendly personality & amazing customer service
I’ve lived here almost a year now. The apartments are not “huge” but mine is renovated and I love my place!! All of my neighbors are good people and we all look out for one another. I have had a few maintenance requests for small things like shower head & screen door but they are fixed within 48 hours of the order. Maintenance has great communication and Daniel is awesome!! As far as management, Ms Debra is great!! She is very considerate and helpful. Shamea is wonderful as well, you can go into the office and converse with her like a friend all while things are being handled. She is very informative and helpful. My only honest complaint is not having the option to pay for trash, but overall its a great community and my experience so far has been satisfying. I will gladly sign my lease again.
