I moved from out of state and was searching for a place near a good school for my kids and decent commute to my new job. Broadstone would have been perfect as it was nearby both and a beautiful area. The process was standard until the EXTEREME lack of communication. After the application, they nearly never picked up the phone or it was on a constant loop of "please press one." Luckily, the co-applicant lived nearby. I can only image if he wasn't. We sent in all necessary documents through their web portal. No call or email of our application status. He had to go the leasing office, only to get told to give them the documents that has was already provided in the portal. They told us to do this on at least four occasions. Now that I am moved in, the woman that was handling our lease became rude and have us sign a new lease for a mistake she made. If only, they would check the portal and actually care about future tenets all of these issues can be avoided. They will not update you on the application. They do not check their emails and web portals. They rarely answer their phone. 3 day process turned out to be 1 month of lack of care from them.

I have been living at Broadstone New Territory for more than 2 years, and I am very satisfied with the new management. Property manager Megan is very courteous and professional as well as other staff members. Maintenance staff is doing a great job in fulfilling the work orders. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with New management.

Maintenance keeps the property clean and the plumber comes promptly and fix issues well. I’m am very satisfied. Brayan is very good as is George. Cynthia and Tony are helpful and friendly. I am happy with management change because everyone in here is good.

The application process for Broadstone New Territory was one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever been a part of. Normally it takes 3-4 days. This apartment complex took a MONTH. No one answers the phone or responds to email. They ask for information that has already been provided or uploaded to their portal. It's almost as if they don't check their own online portal or email. The staff was incompetent, rude and condescending throughout this process and it was almost a miracle we even got the keys. They messed up our lease agreement and had us resign it on our moving day and they acted as if it was our fault for their mistake? No accountability from the manager and staff. As you can see from the other reviews, they are not exaggerating on the lack of communication. The area is very nice however.

Don't expect anything here other than inferior service. Service tickets get closed as completed without even being attended. Be prepared to reach the office multiple times to resolve your service tickets, that too is not guaranteed. At the office, they will say it will be taken care of, but it is just a reply, not an action. To the management of Greystar As a resident I pay the rent ON TIME for the rental service you provide, it is your responsibility and duty to ensure the issues are resolved ON TIME and provide a livable place. Rather than making the residents follow up multiple times with you, please ensure you follow up with your team and ensure the issue are resolved on time.
